Statement

The task of the type statement has its own Customizing (see Standard Tasks / Statements) in that the possible statements are defined centrally and across processes.
The statement to be used is assigned to a separate tab Statement. A separate statement can be defined for the execution of the task by persons responsible (see Tasks).
The data tab is provided at process, subprocess, and task level. The values are inherited automatically. If an inheritance takes place, this is displayed accordingly.-

Container Enhancement
After submitting a statement, the standard task provides the result in the container TASK in the following items:

There is no item ready that contains the information Accepted, because a positive opinion on the task sets the status "Completed" and a negative opinion sets the status "Rejected" and the information is available via the container item RUNTIME_STATUS (see Tasks).

If the user is both the agent of the activity and the responsible, the user always acts as agent for statements. Accordingly, only the statements for the agent are displayed.
