Below is the necessary information for the specific widgets that allow parameterization.

"Own Documents" Widget

With help of groups, several folders can be generated, which will restrict and group the documents dependent on the current status.

Furthermore a document type group can be assigned to these groups (see Document Type Groups). This way documents can be restricted based on the document type. Hereby defined groups must be added to the widget parameter definitions.

Assignment Document Status

The various statuses that are to be resolved in the group are assigned to the individual groups. This assignment is maintained in DMC Customizing.

"Structure Templates" Widget

In the "Structure templates" widget, the definition of a characteristic as well as a characteristic value for the folder document can be used to specify which subfolders are displayed. The name of the characteristic must be given to the widget in the parameter definition. The specification of the characteristic value is optional. The widget then displays all subfolders that have the specified characteristic with the specified characteristic value (or with X) in their classification.

The parameters have the following meaning:

• TMPL_FOLDER_MARK_CHAR - characteristic name

• TMPL_FOLDER_MARK_CHAR_VALUE - characteristic value
