Settings for deleting execution logs

Depending on the customizing, different actions are executed on the objects. These are the actual object handling such as creation, versioning, etc. and the actions according to the defined object dependencies. These actions are logged and can be executed again in the event of an error using the corresponding tools. The settings listed below allow to control different parameters for these actions.

Delete if OK after … days

Defines the number of days after which the control records will be deleted, if the action was executed successfully. See also information text in dialog pop-up.

Delete with errors after … days

Defines the number of days after which the control records will be deleted, if the action was not executed successfully. See also information text in dialog pop-up.

Messages

Controls whether and which messages are to be output in the log popup of the object dependencies:

All error messages are output in the log popup

If errors occur in the object dependencies, these are output. Cancellation by the user or an error in a subsequent object dependency are also output.

All error messages without "Cancel" and "Error in Objabh"

As previous option. Exception only for object dependencies: if the user cancels an operation (in CFM, UTI or OLM) or if a subsequent object dependency signals an error (which has already been output), these messages are suppressed in the corresponding log popup.

All messages, i.e. errors and also success messages, are output. This option is only for testing purposes, especially when setting up CFM Customizing. For debugging ProNovia Trace is more suitable, see .
