Form Porperties

Properties of the current form including technical name, label as well as further parameters for processing the form (e.g. parameters for the feeders used in the view).

Form structure

Structure of the form displayed in a tree-based hierarchy. The element type (as icon as well as tooltip for the icon), the description (if a description can be determined from the current data), the technical ID of the element, the binding as well as any messages for the element are displayed. Only one message of the highest priority is displayed in the message line.

The list of all messages can be opened by clicking on the message cell of the corresponding element. The widget allows reorganizing or rearranging the form elements by dragging and dropping them within the Form Structure widget, deleting elements and changing the element type via the context menu. The widget supports multiple selection.

Sources

Display form sources in XML format. During editing a source can be changed directly in the text area. Changes in the source must be applied (execute function in the toolbar) before the changes take effect.

Unapplied changes will be lost during an action (drag & drop, change element properties...). Widget Sources widget is hidden by default.
