Checks and Actions on Status Change

Depending on the settings, a status change on the leading document will initiate different checks and actions by ProChangeDoc:

• Automatic creation of the change document.

• Control whether a change document is existing and if not, depending on the settings, the status change will be denied.

• Control, whether the change document shall be created

Open

• Status synchronization of the change document with the status of the leading document acc. to the settings. Status change on the change document can then again trigger a forced input of the original file or the creation of a display format.
