Maintaining Agents

Depending on the settings, predefined editors can be activated/deactivated for an activity or new editors can be added. If it is possible to add further agents, the permitted agents and/or roles can be restricted.

In the display, one of the following icons provides information about the activation:

	The agent is active.
	The agent is not active.
	The agent is activated by conditions.

In addition, if permitted, functions for activating, deactivating and resetting and for deleting newly added members are available at the end of the line.

The Edit function opens an editing mask in which new members can be added, changed and deleted. The activation and deactivation of predefined editors is also possible in this mask.

To create a new entry, a type must first be selected. The field is then ready for input by the agent.

If the permitted, addable agents are restricted, not all types may be available and the field is already preset and deactivated. The Agent field is ready for input from the start.

If no agent has yet been selected in a new target, a multi-selection is available in the search help, that is, several agents can be selected and added.
