Overview

The Dashboard App is a representation of the running (including faulty) processes and is intended to give the responsible persons an overview of the processes.

For grouped processes, it is possible to define how the grouping is done. The following two options are available:

• By process

• By object type

The evaluation period for completed processes is static and is pre-set to the last 30 days.

The navigation for each card leads to a list of processes (BPF App Process List).

Cards

Top 3 Running Processes

• a "stacked column chart" card;

• it is a display of the top 3 process types / object types with the highest number of running processes.

Running Processes

• a "bar chart list" Card;

• shows the distribution of all running processes across different process types / object types.

Completed Processes

• a "bar chart list" card;

• it is a visualisation of the progress tracking (in percentage);

• it tracks the extent to which the currently running processes (created in a given period of 30 days) are coming to an end.

Overdue Processes

• a "bar chart list" card;

• the extent to which the currently running processes are overdue is tracked;

Since overdue processes are never in order, the semantic colour orange is used for a percentage of less than 20%. If the percentage is higher, a red colour is used.
