BPF Process Administration

Administrators have special authorizations that can be controlled in detail with SAP authorizations. This includes the Direct Adjustments of running processes as well as a number of special functions.

Closing tasks and activities

Administrators can manually terminate tasks and activities at any time. The function is especially possible for tasks that are executable and mandatory, but have never been executed or whose execution has not (yet) led to the completion of the task. When activities are terminated, the tasks they contain are completely ignored and all tasks that have not yet been completed are skipped.

The function can be executed via context menu in the task widget or process hierarchy widget.

Cancel process

In "Process Hierarchy" Widget, a running process can be aborted prematurely. All activities that have not yet been completed are also automatically canceled.
