System Layout / Widget Override

Several functions are using predefined layouts. These layouts can be completely overridden by customer specific layouts (see https://pronovia.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CUSTDE/pages/591462496).
In some cases the standard layout needs no adjustments, but the used widgets have to be configured by specific parameters and values.

It is possible to set up widget parameters in the context of the layout but also across all standard layout by using the character "*" or an empty value for the field Layout ID.
