Clean Up Material and Document Data

ProNovia SAP PLM ConfigurationManager manages CFM specific material master and document info record data in separate tables. If a material master or document info record is now deleted with the standard SAP, this data remains stored.

This tool can be used to clean up such data.

If the function is executed without restriction, a warning is issued because of possible runtime problems. However, it is possible to execute the function in the background:

It is recommended to schedule this function without restricting parameters as a repeating batch job (e.g. every weekend).

The corresponding ABAP report is called /PRONOVIA/PRM_MATDATA_DEL.
