Adjusting BPF Processes

The adjustment of the process at runtime is a central function of ProProcess. Basically, the process modeling controls exactly which data of a process can be adjusted at runtime.

The processing of the process is available to responsible persons and administrators and can be made accessible to any user by defining a corresponding task and at the same time further restricted. Depending on the role of the user, different data can be processed:

Agent (explicit task definition)

Can only edit data that has been marked as changeable in the process. You can also further restrict the scope of the task definition.

Responsible person

Can change all data that has been marked as changeable in the process. In addition, a person responsible can always change the priority, deadlines, and agents.

Administrator

Can always make all technically possible changes to a process, even if a change is not explicitly planned at runtime. Special authorizations are required for this.

A detailed overview of all functions is available in the .
