BPF AWF-Applications
ProProcess must be set up as AFW applications or can be integrated into other AFW applications.
ProNovia provides customizing templates upon request.
The general setup of AFW applications is described in AFW | ProFramework | Customizing Manual.
The applications from the templates are described below.
Depending on the application, jumps to objects or ProProcess detailed data must be implemented using role-based navigation. Role-based navigation is described in Role based Navigation .
ProProcess Workplace
Transaction: /PCH/BPF1
Application ID: BPF-WORKPLACE
Standalone Workplace application for processing personal activities. The application only includes Process-specific widgets as shown below. The jump to the objects takes place using role-based navigation or to the SAP standard transaction if no explicit navigation is set up.
ProProcess Reporting
Transaction: /PCH/BPF2
Application ID: BPF REPORTING
The application includes all available widgets for ProProcess reporting. This includes some selection widgets, the result widget for the selection, and some predefined result widgets that determine the data with predefined selection criteria. The result widgets only display a list of processes. A display of process details is not provided directly in the application, but must be ensured through navigation.
ProProcess Monitor
Transaction: None
Application ID: BPF MONITOR
The ProProcess Monitor displays the details of a process or activity. The application does not include a navigation widget. It is only used to jump from another application into the details of a process or activity using role-based navigation.
