CFM Status Change / Start Processing Scenario

With these tasks, a status change to material, plant or sales line incl. start of a ProConfiguration (CFM) processing scenario can be carried out.

The task is part of the ProConfiguration (CFM) product and is delivered with it.

The settings of the corresponding CFM processing scenarios define whether this is executed with or without dialog.

Several status changes / scenarios can be entered. The appropriate record, if any, is used in each case.

The status change / start of the processing scenario can be executed for different org. units.

Option: Use change number from object list

If this option is activated, the system tries to use a change number from the object list. This is then used for the scenario change. If several change numbers are available, a popup appears in which the user can select a change number. If no change number is found or none is selected, this is indicated in the log.

Option: Ignore objects with non-matching VON statuses

If a material has a status that is not maintained as a VON status in the customizing table, an error is generated for this material. Activating the flag causes the error to be converted into a warning. Thus, the task can be completed successfully even if the materials are in any initial status.

Option: Allow elements with TARGET status and different change number

If a material with the current status is already in a specified TARGET status, an error is generated. By activating the flag, the error message will be changed into a warning.
