  • UTI provides a function that collects the most important information

  • Start the data collection directly from transaction /PRONOVIA/SYSINFO

    • When entering the transaction in the SAP transaction field, you must use the prefix /N before the transaction code (i.e. /N/PRONOVIA/SYSINFO).

    • Alternatively, the function is also available in ProNovia Customizing (transaction /PRONOVIA/CUST) in the menu Tools → Create System Information.

  • You can copy the content and paste it into the System Information field when creating a new ticket.
