Plant revision and key date

The plant revision and the key date are determined in the inspection lot on the basis of the production order or the purchase order item. The determined revision and the key date are written into the corresponding fields of the inspection lot.

Only orders are relevant if the order type is as follows

Production order, therefore the plant revision of the corresponding production order is used.
Purchase order, therefore the plant revision of the corresponding purchase order item is used If it is a different order type, no plant revision is determined and written (the SAP standard behavior applies)
