Cards

All available cards are context-dependent. All key figures presented in the cards, or charts with key figures, refer to the time period set in the context.

Processes count

This card displays the number of completed, aborted, and exceeded processes. Exceeded processes refer to both completed and aborted processes.

Processes times

This card diesplays the runtime, waittime, edittime and overduetime of past processes.

This card displays the completed and aborted processes per month. The number of aborted and completed processes is displayed stacked on top of each other.

This card displays the top exceeded activities within the process. The percentage indicates how often an activity is exceeded in relation to its total executions. 0% means the activity has never been exceeded, 100% means the activity has been exceeded every time.

This card shows the average wait and processing times per activity. The two times are displayed staggered. The times edittime, waittime and overduetime together add up to the total processing time. The chart is sorted in descending order of processing time. The time unit is displayed in minutes by default. By clicking on "Options", the unit can be changed to seconds or hours.

This card displays the number of completed and aborted activities within the process. The two metrics are stacked on top of each other in the chart. The chart is sorted by the number of activities.

This card shows the average duration of all activities in a process.
