Jobs

Various jobs are required for the proper operation of ProProcess. These can be easily checked and scheduled with the help of a Job Cockpit. In addition, the individual functions can also be executed manually, e.g. to check for errors. The Job Cockpit can be started with transaction /PCH/BPF_JOBS.

The function is also available in the BPF Administration tools .

Notifications

The job generates all notifications that are to be triggered when different times are reached.

Dates & Events

Checks whether deadlines have been reached, marks objects as "overdue", and triggers notifications registered for reaching deadlines accordingly.

Actions

Executes actions that were temporarily incorrect (for example, due to locks). See also BPF Global settings .
