Export Runtime Error

If a runtime error occurs on your system in connection with ProNovia products, we need the complete dump for analysis. You can evaluate runtime errors that occurred on the system with some history using transaction ST22.

Double-click on an entry to open the detailed data of the runtime error. You can now export these via the menu System → Save → Local file.

Choose the HTML format, then select the location and attach the generated file to your ticket.
