Object dependent actions - Selection

The selection of the actions to be displayed is made either directly, without reference to an object, or via a material or document selection.

It should be noted that according to CFM Object handling, the logged records are deleted after a certain time and then can no longer be displayed or executed again.

Direct Selection

Field	Description

Field	Description
Identification	Unique ID of an action set. ID will be displayed in the column ID of the log.
User	User who has set the action.
Date	Date when the action was set.
Time	Time, when action was set.
Only with error/not executed	If activated only unfinished actions or actions with errors will be displayed.

Material

Display or actions, which were started by a material master record. Requires the unique material number.

Document

Display or actions, which were started by a document info record. Requires the unique document key.
