BPF Activity Reporting

There are basically two types of reports available:

• Dynamic Reporting, the selection is made in a separate widget. The following reporting options are currently available.

• Static Reporting, a result is displayed directly based on the parameter settings for the widget and the statically defined reporting purpose.

The result of the reporting is identical for all evaluations and takes place at the level of activities. Details of a activity can be displayed by double-clicking the line. Process and main object can be displayed by double-clicking the corresponding data cell.

Open

Navigation
Standard navigation opens the activity screen by clicking any row position.
Two colums have a different navigation target:

• Object key: Display the main object in the corresponding widget (Material, Document, Request...)

• Process ID: Display the process in the process monitor widget.

Dynamic reporting

A selection widget is mandatory for dynamic reporting. The following predefined selection options are available:

Open

• Selection All (Activities)
  All activities will be displayed.

• Selection via Role
  Any Activity containing the defined roles in the agent field will be displayed.

• Selection - My Responsibility
  There is three types of responsibilities that can be selected by checkbox.

  • Process Responsibility: Displays all activities where the current user is member of a Role in the process agent field.

  • Partprocess Responsibility: Displays all activities where the current user is member of a Role in the partprocess agent field.

  • Role Responsibility: Displays all activities where the current user is responsible for a Role in the activity agent field.

• Optional criterias
  Process ID and duration in days can be used as optional criterias.

Static reporting (parameters)

A static reporting widget is available for display a result directly and without dynamic selection.

The parameters given allow identical selections as the dynamic selection.

• Parameter selection_type: All, My Responsability or Role

• Parameters for the Checkboxes for responsibility

• Parameters for Process Ids

• Parameter for duration.

Event based reporting

The widget display all Activities for a process or sub-process. The widget is placed in the same layout as a process or sub-process reporting/list. If a process is selected, the widget will show the related open activities.
