Supported logistic objects

The following logistic objects are supported

EKPO - purchase order item

for purchase orders

for inquiries
for outline agreements

PORDER - production order

for production order

Depending on the settings, documents from the components of the parts list are also determined and linked, if necessary also on several levels. The BOM number and position from which the documents originate are entered in the link information.

A document can only be entered once for a production order. If a document is determined several times (via different components), the one that is found first in the BOM hierarchy is entered. The following applies: 1st priority documents of the material to be produced, 2nd priority components of the 1st BOM level, 3rd priority 2nd BOM level, etc.

No links are relevant for the object inspection lot, since there is a corresponding order behind the inspection lot (purchase order item, production order, etc.) for which the documents are already linked.
