"Tasks" Widget

In the widget Tasks, all tasks to be completed are displayed. Depending on the type of task and the process configuration, tasks can be completed or executed using the checkbox or actions. In addition, the following columns are dynamically shown or hidden.

• Actions

• Log with the possibility to view, create, modify and delete

• Digital signature. The digital signature is always provided in an integrated way when a task is executed or completed

The icon indicates that the task is not optional and therefore must be executed or completed manually.

Digital signature

When completing a task that requires a digital signature, the password is requested immediately before completion. The digital signature cannot be changed afterwards.

Protocol

If a log is required, then this is automatically requested before completion. As long as the activity has not been completed, the log can be supplemented and existing entries can still be edited by the respective creator.
