"Configuration Object Selection" Widget

In case of a creation or start a change those document objects can or must be selected, which shall be created or changed. An object selection dialog is provided for this selection.

This dialog may also be repeated by function Repeat Object Dialog in the "Configuration" Widget.

Listed below are the functions provided depending on the configuration. Activation by clicking on the icon. If an object can be added multiply, an additional line is inserted automatically to selected further objects. The selection can be cleared by clicking again on the selection.

Take	Open	Object can be selected to be taken over.
		An existing object will be taken over without change.
Sel./Vs		This object will be automatically selected on the inferior objects, depending on settings and selection.
		This object can be selected for a creation.
		Object will be created.
		An existing object will be created in a new version and taken over.
		In another process for this configuration this document was marked for an exchange or a new version. This selection cannot be changed.
Remove		This existing object can be removed from the configuration.
		Object will be removed from the configuration, however object will not be deleted.
Link		An existing document object can be linked.
		The selected and displayed document will be linked with the configuration.
TextSync		For document objects, text synchronization of the of the material master description to the document info record can be activated. The following options are possible: Automatically, the option is then selected and cannot be undone. By the user, default selected By the user, default not selected

Link

If document can be linked, there are different scenarios possible:

• Document Link

  • The document to be linked is selected in an object selection dialog.

  • Standard search help is available.

  • Document type, ID, language (part document) must correspond the object line.

• Material Link

  • Selection from a material master record, representing a raw material.

  • The raw material can be selected in a selection dialog

  • Standard search help is available.

  • The raw material document assigned to the raw material will be linked with the configuration.

  • When saving the configuration, also the classifications of the raw material may be transferred to the current material (KOFIMA Item).
