"Attachments" Widget

ProRequest supports attachments for requests that use the SAP "Generic Object Services" (GOS). This widget displays GOS attachments of the active request.

Available actions:

On attachments
- Display
  - Default action for double click
- Change
  - Allows to edit the attachment content
  - For editing, the application assigned to the file type is called
- Export
  - Exports (download) the attachment to the work station
- Delete
  - Deletes / removes the attachment from the request
  - Multi selection is supported
- Send
  - Sends the attachment in E-Mail
  - The configured E-Mail application is called
On empty line

Create attachment
- Creates a new attachment
- Opens a file dialog to select the file to attach

The function is available:

as soon as the application has been saved. If the application is still being created, no attachments can be added;
if the GOS Service PCATTA_CREA is activated.
